This flip-out cylinder photo show how its
mechanism worked. It had a lever that would push on the indentions on the rear
of the cylinder, thus forcing the cylinder to turn with each pull of the
trigger. That's one way to do it! IF the original Peacemaker had looked like this, then many Bad Guys would have lived. (and of course, it wouldn't have sold!) |
