HOWDY! My name is (really) Roy Evans and I've been
crafting custom gun rigs for nigh on twenty five years, and I think I offer an
attractive replica b-western rig and at a more affordable price of your
favorite western stars such as Roy, Gene, Hoppy or just about any other you
might wish to have a replica of the rig they wore in those western movies when
we all gathered at our local theatre on Saturday mornings to cheer them on in
their fight for law and order astride their great steeds and wearing those
fabulous gun rigs with the fancy silver spots and carving. My rigs are all
crafted completely by hand in the time honored method of crafters of a century
ago. They are both beautiful and functional as they are built to last (and
use!) if so desired in sass matches or any such activities connected with Old

cap guns with twenty plus years experience and usually at a lower cost and
quicker turnaround, custom polishing and cleaning after repairs are done, I try
to return guns as close to original condition as possible, also do "custom"

| Lone Ranger Bohlin Style Gun

Return now to those thrilling days when the
Masked Rider led the fight against the bad guys wearing that fancy all black
two-gun outfit with the fancy nickel spots. My version is true to the original
using the same three spot design on belt and holsters and is crafted of the
best quality vegetable tanned leather available, carved by hand in the original
pattern as was on the Bohlin Rig and stitched completely by hand in the
traditional method. Construction of your rig begins as soon as payment is
received with the sending of an adjustable belt blank which you set to your
desired belt size and return to me to insure a perfect fit.

Heres a favorite rig of mine as I was a huge fan
of Guy Madison as Wild Bill Hickok. This one is as true to the design of
original as possible using the three different spots and placement on holsters
and belt as on the set Madison wore on the series. This rig is attractive and
very durable, all fully carved and leather lined and sporting a heavy nickel
buckle set as is used on all my rigs. As with all my "adult gun" rigs this one

| Hopalong Cassidy "Open" Buscadero
Rig |
|
Calling all Hoppy fans! Here is a rig for you,
faithful to the original design including the use of the unusual "open"
Buscadero drops which were unique to the Hopalong rig in the beginning (later
William Boyd had the maker add a panel inside the drop to make the set more
sturdy, so specify whether you prefer the drops left open or with the added
panel stitched in as on the later version). The rig is all black and fully
lined and carved in the traditional manner and of course it has the distinctive
white calf lacing on belt and holsters. As with all my "adult gun" rigs this
one requires from 4 to 6 weeks to complete and ship.

| Gene Autry Rig From Around
1946 |
|
Get back in the saddle again you Gene Autry fans
with this true to original replica of the rig Gene used for most of his career
from around 1946 or so. It is all handcrafted and fully lined, the holsters
having the unusual "pocket" instead of the more common strap to secure the
holster to the skirt. Carved bordered with contrasting calf lacing, this rig
was a single right hand outfit with a place for a left holster which Gene never
used and if so desired can be ordered as a double for a slight extra charge. As
with all my "adult gun" rigs this one requires from 4 to 6 weeks to complete
and ship.

Here is a faithfully detailed of the rig worn by
Wild Bill Elliott in most of his classic b-westerns including his Red Ryder
Series, fully carved and bordered with white calf lacing. This rig really

| This Paladin set is taken from patterns of an
original set from the sixties and is constucted of top grade leather—all
hand stitched and riveted for strength. The chess piece knight is hand-painted
on each holster and twelve bullet loops are on the belt. The Paladin name was
not on the original I used for the pattern, so I omitted here also but I can
put the name on the belt is desired at no extra cost. The holsters accept
nine-inch Leslie/Henry and most mid-size cap guns. The cap guns shown are
Nichols Stallion 38's and are not included in this holster set. This is a

I have had the pleasure of having Roy
Evans make me three different Roy Rogers holsters. Each holster was a
spitting-image of Roy Roger’s holsters from the 1950’s. Roy Evans has
also reworked and repaired a few original cap gun holsters from the 50's and
60's and returned them to me looking like new. Roy adds a true western touch

The second major element of the cap gun hobby is the
matching double holster outfit. Most of us only looked at these outfits in the
Montgomery Wards catalog the weeks before Christmas, but never did get them.
Roy Evans has come to our rescue with reproduction outfits that are blueprinted
from the few remaining examples. Roy's holsters are built using best leather,
dyes, hardware, and the best part is that they are as carefully carved as the
orginals. Let's face the fact: Many Mattel, Hubley and Nichols cap guns have
survived to collector condition, but many more have not. Roy is a super cap gun
smith and can get these pieces nearly perfect mechanically and cosmetically.
Roy is fun and informative to talk with and can get these cap guns and holsters
looking like Christmas morning, 1950. Every thing I have purchased is as
