I hated to crop out the Roy
Rogers blanket, but this photo is, after all, about the Roy Rogers double
holster. I can't quite tell what the Hubley Cap Guns are, so I'll just assume
that they are Texans w/ the Colt logos on them.
How's this for a nice
set of rifles? Some of these are incredibly rare.
You just don't get any
more rare than this one. A Fox Double Barreled Cork Gun!!! You 'cock' the
shells which in turn fire a wood ball when the trigger is pulled. I've never
seen one of these before!
Here we have Marx, Daisy and Fox Double Barreled
shotguns. Good for guarding the stage.
This is a good
comparison photo of the Nichols Stallion 300 Saddle Gun on top and the Hubley
Rifleman below. Though it might be "blasphemy" I believe I like the Rifleman
better. I always tried to flip the Nichols rifle like Chuck Connors did, but it
just wouldn't work. But I enjoyed mine because my Uncle Talley gave my cousin
John Yocom and me each one for Christmas one year. All things considered, I
should have stored it away and had it for now, but I found one on eBay anyway.
But it isn't quite the same as getting it from "The Man"
himself.
Here's a nice Hoppy
display. Great variety. And notice the Range Rider stuff on the top shelf. I
would like to check out that rifle on the upper right.

A couple of Hopalong Cassidy saddles.
Looks almost like a
guitar store! A Gene Autry guitar, a Roy Rogers guitar, a Lone Ranger guitar, a
Hopalong Cassidy guitar. Except for Roy and Gene, I didn't know the others
played the guitar. I have a 1964 Candy Apple Red Fender Jaguar
myself.
Here's one of the
fanciest BB Gun displays I have ever seen. The rifles shown are primarily from
1898 to 1939 with one Red Ryder plastic stock from 1953. The only BB Gun most
people who view the display recognize! Notice the double barreled shotgun and
the one on the bottom even has a bayonet!
