It has a hidden compartment in the butt of the stock to hold extra rolls of caps. There are no cracks in the stock. However the two small ears at the top of the stock where it attaches to the back-strap of the pistol are broken off as seen in the pictures, which is common with these sets. The cap gun has fired a few caps but is in excellent plus condition with no external corrosion. It function as it should and stays closed when firing. This is beautiful "Restless Gun" double holster set produced by Actoy and inspired by the TV Series "Restless Gun" starring John Payne as "Vint Bonner." The guns are the large frame nickel finish Actoy cap guns and are marked "Restless Gun" on both sides of the frames. They are in near mint to mint condition with one gun being unfired and the other having fired just a few caps. They come with the stag grips with no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs to the grips or frames of the cap guns.

The holster set is also in near mint to mint condition with no evidence of ever being worn; even the jewels are free of any scuffs. There are several variations of the "Restless Gun" holsters. This one is the seldom seen late version in black leather with large conchos and red jewels and comes complete with all six (6) red wood bullets.
