Here you can clearly read the "BALANTYNE MFG. CO.
CHICAGO." Apparently this gun is 45 caliber. My guess is that they never got
the patent. By the time the wheels of government turned, probably Leslie-Henry
and all of the others had come out with some really fancy Cap Guns for the King
