Here is a good shot of the left side of the
cylinder area. You can clearly read the "Stallion 44" here and see that even
the font used is different from the Klondike's more western look. This font was
pretty much standard for Nichols Stallion guns. I have purposefully made these pop-up photos a little larger than the regular ones you will see on this website, as the gun is so rare. Thanks Ed Manes for the photos! |
